By accessing the TGR Events website or registering for, attending, sponsoring, exhibiting at, or speaking at any TGR Events production, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable laws, regulations, and policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

TGR Events LLC (“TGR Events,” “TGR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a B2B conference and forum production company, founded in 2021, producing research-driven strategy forums for senior professionals across regulated sectors — including energy and utilities, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, healthcare and public policy, financial services and digital assets, and regulatory and compliance. Our network includes more than 28,000 verified industry professionals globally.

TGR Events LLC's registered office is in Sheridan, Wyoming.

You may use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Violate any international, federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Transmit any virus, malicious code, or harmful software
• Disrupt, damage, or compromise our website or related systems
• Reproduce, scrape, or exploit any content on our website without our express written permission
• Create or publish a hyperlink to any part of the website, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, without our consent

All content, trademarks, logos, and event branding on the TGR Events website and across our productions are owned by TGR Events LLC or our licensors. “TGR Events,” “TGR Conferences,” and the names, branding, and materials associated with our individual summits and forums are proprietary to TGR Events LLC. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute this content, or create branding, event names, or promotional positioning confusingly similar to ours, without our prior written consent.

The relationships we build with our attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and partners are proprietary business relationships of TGR Events LLC. Unauthorized solicitation or misuse of these relationships in a way intended to create confusion or an implied affiliation with TGR Events is prohibited.

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data, including in connection with applicable regimes such as the UK/EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), where relevant to you. We limit data collection to what is necessary for event registration, communication, and participation, and we do not sell your personal data.

Prices are set out on the applicable online booking form and may change from time to time; all prices are subject to local taxes where applicable. Once your booking is received, you are liable for the full registration fee whether or not you attend, unless we notify you that your booking was unsuccessful because the event was full.

Following a successful transaction, tickets or passes are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the purchaser. Some ticket types may require additional information — such as attendee name or tax identification details — before issuance. A ticket serves as proof of purchase and may be used to redeem entry at the listed event; actual entry credentials are typically issued closer to the event date.

Ticket and registration purchases for TGR Events productions — including add-on packages such as accommodation, VIP dinners, or exhibition space — are final and non-refundable.

Where a registrant is unable to attend an event they have booked, TGR Events may, at its discretion, issue a credit voucher for the full value of the original purchase in place of a cash refund. This voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from its date of issue and may be redeemed against registration for any future TGR Events production. Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to availability at the time of redemption.

If TGR Events cancels a production, our liability is limited to the registration fees paid, net of any payment processing fees already incurred; we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by registrants, sponsors, speakers, or guests. No refunds or vouchers are issued for non-attendance due to weather or other circumstances beyond a registrant's control.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, apply to new bookings only, and cannot be applied retroactively to prior registrations.

Exhibition space is assigned solely to the contracting company; only that company's own branding and materials may be displayed within its allocated space unless we agree otherwise in writing. TGR Events does not cover transport or travel expenses for exhibitors, and will consider — but does not guarantee — requests to change assigned days or space at an event.

Screens, furniture, cabling, and other equipment supplied on-site are provided on a rental basis; ordered items are not exchanged, transferred, or refunded once confirmed, and exhibitors are responsible for any damage or loss to items supplied to them. Non-standard items may be available on request, subject to a separate quotation and these same Terms. Any complaint about rented items or installation must be raised before the event opens; equipment not flagged at that point is deemed received in good working order.

All speaking opportunities, including those offered as part of a sponsor or exhibitor package, are subject to review and approval by the TGR Events programming team; approval is not automatic and is granted at our sole discretion to maintain the quality of our agendas. Speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, but circumstances beyond our control may require substitutions or changes. If an approved speaker is unable to participate, any proposed substitute must be approved by TGR Events in writing; we reserve the right to appoint an alternative at our discretion if no suitable substitute is approved.

By attending a TGR Events production, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the event environment. These materials may be used by TGR Events and its partners for promotional, archival, or informational purposes across digital and physical media, without additional notice or compensation. If you prefer not to appear in such media, please notify us in writing at least seven days before the event.

We expect professional and respectful conduct from all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and guests. TGR Events reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any individual or organization whose behavior it deems unacceptable, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms — including engagement in harassment or disruptive conduct — without refund.

TGR Events and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property, however caused, except for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. We are not liable for the outcome of any visa application required to attend an event; tickets are not refunded where a visa is not granted. While speakers and topics are confirmed at the time of publishing, we reserve the right to alter, substitute, or cancel advertised speakers or topics where necessary, without liability, and will update our website with any changes as soon as possible.

You agree to be fully responsible for, and to indemnify and hold harmless, TGR Events LLC, its affiliates, partners, and employees against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website, or your actions in connection with a TGR Events production.

TGR Events is not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, or government restrictions. Where such circumstances lead to cancellation, Section 7 (Payment, Cancellations & Refunds) applies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Note: confirm this governing law and venue selection with counsel before publishing.

We produce events internationally, and by accessing our website or attending a TGR Events production, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that our website or services are appropriate, legal, or available in every location.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website, or your participation in an event, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for unsafe or unacceptable conduct.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TGR Events regarding your use of our website and participation in our events. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page; continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
