TGR Events LLC is a B2B conference and forum production company, founded in 2021, producing precision strategy events where executives, regulators, and innovators converge to debate and act on the issues shaping their industries. Our network includes more than 28,000 verified industry professionals across the sectors we serve.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, TGR Events LLC is the data controller of the personal data described in this Policy, except where a sponsor, partner, or other organization independently controls data it receives from us — see Section 6.

TGR Events LLC's registered office is in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Depending on how you interact with us — browsing our website, registering for an event, speaking, sponsoring, or subscribing to updates — we may collect:

• Name, job title, company or organization, work email address, and phone number

• Ticket or pass type, event dates attended, dietary or accessibility requirements, and billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

• Speaker bios, headshots, session materials, and any award nominations or public quotes you submit to us

• Session attendance, networking and meeting activity at events, survey or feedback responses, and email opens/clicks

• IP address, browser type and language, referral and exit pages, and approximate location inferred from your device or IP address

We may also receive information about you from third parties — including event co-organizers, marketing partners, and data enrichment or prospecting providers — which we may combine with information you give us directly.

Our services are directed at business professionals. They are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 18.

We use your personal data to:

• Register you for an event, issue tickets or badges, and manage your booking
• Communicate with you about your registration, logistics, and event updates
• Curate relevant connections — for example, matching sponsors, speakers, and attendees around shared interests
• Publish limited promotional content you have provided (such as a bio, quote, or award nomination) in press materials or on our social channels, typically under 100 words
• Send you information about future TGR Events productions relevant to your sector
• Conduct the research that underpins our programme design, and analyse and improve our events and services
• Meet our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

By registering, subscribing, or otherwise providing your details to us, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone with:

• Updates, agendas, and invitations relating to TGR Events productions
• Research and editorial content relevant to your industry
• Relevant opportunities from sponsors or partners you have separately agreed to hear from

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link in each email, or by contacting us as set out in Section 13.

Where applicable law requires a lawful basis (for example, for individuals in the UK or EEA), we rely on:

• Contract — to register you for and administer an event you have booked
• Consent — for marketing communications, where required
• Legitimate interests — to operate, promote, and improve our events, and to maintain business relationships with attendees, sponsors, and speakers
• Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with the law

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent, at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers who support our operations — including event registration platforms, payment processors, event networking apps, and email or marketing tools — acting on our instructions
• Sponsors and exhibitors, who are granted access to participant data following the event via our event networking platform. This may include name, job title, company, country, email address, and mobile number where provided. Sponsors must handle this data in compliance with applicable data protection law and for legitimate business purposes only
• Speakers, where we share presentation materials with attendees at your request or consent
• Legal and regulatory authorities, in response to a subpoena, court order, or other lawful request, or where necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of some or all of our business

We produce events internationally, so your personal data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the one in which it was collected. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on recognised safeguards — such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses — to protect it. You can request further information about these safeguards by contacting us as set out in Section 13.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy and to meet our legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Where we no longer need to identify you individually, we securely delete or anonymise your data rather than retaining it indefinitely.

We apply appropriate technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to contact us immediately if you believe your data has been compromised.

Ticket and registration purchases for TGR Events productions — including add-on packages such as accommodation, VIP dinners, or exhibition space — are final and non-refundable.

Where a registrant is unable to attend an event they have booked, TGR Events may, at its discretion, issue a credit voucher for the full value of the original purchase in place of a cash refund. This voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from its date of issue and may be redeemed against registration for any future TGR Events production. Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to availability at the time of redemption.

If TGR Events cancels a production, our liability is limited to the registration fees paid, net of any payment processing fees already incurred; we are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by registrants, sponsors, speakers, or guests.

This section should be read together with our General Policies (Terms & Conditions), which govern event admission, ticketing, and liability. Note: the General Policies page currently states purchases are non-refundable without reference to the voucher option — recommend updating it to match.

Subject to applicable law and depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to, or request restriction of, certain processing
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@tgr-events.com. If you are based in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority — for example, the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site and to improve our content and services.
